What drew me to family mediation is the fundamental idea that conflict can be resolved peacefully and outside a court room.
The mediation process can allow everyone involved to be their best selves and work to a solution that allows all parties involved to thrive. My role as a family mediator is to remain impartial and help those I work with find enough common ground to reframe the issues and to collaboratively find a solution that works for everyone.
My experience working with families and individuals taught me how to defuse confrontational situations. Family mediation training prepares the mediator with the tools needed to create space for others to find resolutions at the most challenging times in their lives. Conflict is often an opportunity for positive change. As an intuitive facilitator I am dedicated to enhancing the well-being of those I work with.
As a cofounder of TCM Financial Studio I have counselled clients for over 25 years on their financial future. Building on common ground and staying focused on the goals of the client remains a steadfast cornerstone to the TCM approach. This experience has left an everlasting impression on me that our goals once clarified can be reached.
